1. Purpose and Scope

This policy outlines the rules governing cancellations, fee refunds, and enrollment terms for all vocational and skill development programs offered at RAVEDI. It is designed to ensure financial clarity between the student and the institution while maintaining institutional integrity.


2. General Terms

By submitting the admission form and paying the course fee, the student agrees to abide by this Cancellation and Refund Policy. All students are advised to review course details, fee structure, and eligibility criteria carefully before confirming admission.


3. Non-Refundable Fees

All fees paid toward admission, registration, or tuition are non-refundable, except in situations explicitly outlined in this policy.

Fees will not be refunded in case of:

  • Voluntary withdrawal by the student
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction
  • Failure to attend or complete the course

This is applicable regardless of the stage of the course or whether the student avails of the service or not.


4. Refund in Exceptional Cases

If a course is cancelled by RAVEDI due to unforeseen circumstances (such as insufficient enrollment or administrative reasons), students will be eligible for a full or partial refund.

In case of mid-course discontinuation by the institute, students may be offered a pro-rated refund or the option to transfer to a similar course.

No refund will be provided for technical issues or delays that arise from the students end.


5. Provisional Admission and Documentation

Admission is considered provisional until:

  • The complete course fee is paid
  • All required documents are submitted and verified

Failure to fulfill these conditions within the given deadline will result in automatic cancellation of admission without refund.


6. Cancellation by the Institute

RAVEDI reserves the right to cancel a students admission in the following cases:

  • Non-submission of required documents
  • False information or forged certificates
  • Misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of institute rules

No refund will be processed in any of the above circumstances.


7. Transfer & Substitution

Admissions once confirmed are non-transferable.

No request for transferring admission to another individual or postponing to a later batch will be entertained.


8. Student Responsibility

It is the students responsibility to:

  • Ensure timely submission of documents and fee payments
  • Keep contact details updated
  • Regularly check email and SMS for important communication

RAVEDI is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details or failure to respond to notices.


9. Policy Updates

RAVEDI may update or revise this policy at any time without prior notice. Students are advised to review the latest version available on the official website. Continued use of services implies agreement with the updated policy.


10. Legal Jurisdiction

All legal disputes arising from this policy or related to fees and admissions will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Rajasthan. No claims shall be entertained outside of this region.
